Full Time (36 – 40 hours)
Part Time (20 – 36 hours)
Nights and some weekends required

Job Summary:

To assist the supervisor and management in ensuring support of our goal to reinvent the image of the adult shopping industry by offering incomparable service and product in the utmost of comfortable environments.

Reports To:

Spider-Bite Inc. general manager

Job Responsibilities

Product knowledge and continuing education on new products
Friendly and prompt customer service in person or via email/phone
Compliance and enforcement of state age regulations, including asking for ID of any customer appearing under 30 years of age
Compliance with waiver requirement policies
Cleaning the storefront daily (and recording completed tasks on the checklist)
Maintaining store cleanliness through weekly and monthly cleaning tasks
Restocking as needed
Customer order requests as necessary
POS system knowledge and use
Completing opening and closing procedures thoroughly and accurately
Accurate money handling
Loss prevention measures (i.e., not leaving the store unattended)
Contribution of MALS social media profiles
All other duties as assigned
